Hello People!...lets see. its been months since my last post and im really sorry for those who came to check on my blog and saw no new posts. i've loads of things to blog about today! haha i guess i'll start with a "interesting" one. not exactly interesting,more like freaky! ok, so 2 days ago someone added me on msn. i asked who are you?(it was abt 12am) the person said "I added you on friendster recently" so i started thinking maybe its one of my friends..then i asked again. the person didnt reveal his or her identity..so i started thinking that it could be one of my irritating school friends who wanted to play some idiotic guessing game..so i asked the person "where are you from?" and he said"sg" i was like...wth?! Singapore?Jackass! so i just left the conversation and signed off.. the very next day i came online again and the very secong i came online this person said "hi"....i didnt reply. then he/she asked " are you open minded?"...i sensed something fishy was going on.so i asked him/her " why do you ask?" then the ass asked me back the same question...so i tried to play around also. haha. i asked " wad abt you are you open-minded?" and the next i knew he/she asked me an extremely disghusting question... and i blocked him/her straight away....after that i searched for this person on friendster and it turns out the person is a guy. his acct has no photos...no friends..and he did not add me at all!! i was so f*cking pissed. and i have no idea who this mysterious character is! anyway i chose not to reveal the question cause i think it might be abit...erm.how should i put it? inappropriate?
okay! i shall move along to the next happening..this was much more comforting and meaningful. haha.cut the crap?..ok,today we had this beneficiary activity.. some charitable work.so i woke up at six.went to school.had breakfast(stale macmuffin and soft,not crispy, applepie) which was sponsored by the people's asociation..after that we took a chattered bus to jurong lake where we welcomed mr.SR nathan to start the whole program..next we were transported to this old block of 1-room HDB flats where we were supposed to help senior citizens paint their houses... Donn and myself were instructed to paint this aunty's gate. so we started painting it..a nice beautiful pink gate.haha. while we were painting the aunty was sitting there talking to Donn in dialect and kind of having a conversation with him..she was asking him questions like "am i too talkative?" and my friend just replied her normally..no your not. even though i couldnt understand their dialect i could tell that the aunty was having a wonderful time chatting with him..and lets not forget shes probably 70+? and Donn's 15. HAHA! after completing the gate our supervisor came and inspected the gate and she said we did a wonderful job!.so we were really really happy after that. it kind of gave us a sense of pride in what we were doing..haha! even though painting the gate was extremely hard..because after the first 5 minutes my back started hurting..Hah! and after today i realised that the last thing i wanna be when i grow up is a painter cos it is SOO boring.! haha!. okays back to the story...the supervisor then asked us to go to another house where the ppl there were having a hard time..the moment i stepped infront of the house i got shock! the owner, who looked much older than the last one was wheel chair bounded..and this wasnt any old wheel chair it had a toilet bowl attached to it! haha.she had afew strands of fading white hair which stood up like a mohawk..actually thats not the reason why i got a shocked..the main reason was because this extremely elderly woman was looking at me, straight in the eyes with HUGE,glaring,ageing eyes...i didnt know whether she was scared of me? or whether that was her normal face...either way i felt really sorry for her. cos there were all these kid utilised around her tiny apartment..and many of them(including me) had never painted a house before...and all she could do was watch she did try supervising us but it took us ages to get what she was trying to say because she was so old that she could barely make out any words with her mouth i could tell that she herself gave up trying to comunicate and decided to watch with wide opened eyes.. i saw her trying to wheel herself around the house in her old wheel-toiletbowl...and she could barely move around with that old thing.. she took like five minutes just to move 3metres. when i saw that i felt so sorry for her. then i looked around the house and saw some photos..i came to realised that she had 8 children. looking at her small closet..there was this A4 paper with printed pictures of her adult daughters huging her and cuddling her small sized body..after looking at all of that i wanted to do a great job and make happy. my friend who was painting the ceiling, was careless and a huge drop of paint landed on his eye..then he started feeling the pain and just let go of the long roller paint thingy.and it landed on the poor aunty's leg.i was so worried for her cause all these old ppl...1 small cut and they have to amputate the whole leg.. finally she showed signs of emotion,not wad i wanted to see, pain.. she was like oohhohhoh..then i said "dui bu qi" on behalf of my friend.. but she just shook her head trying to say that it wasnt his fault then she started pushing herself to the fridge..barely even moving. somehow she got there. and she started trying to pull open the fridge door.but she couldnt. so my friends helped her open it and she reached out for her eye droplets...at that time i was so moved by that.
anyway that was what happened today...for those who actually took time to read through...thank you! for those who decided to skip to the last part...you just wasted 45 of my precious minutes...anyways BYE! and tag!
